This business is highly unprofessional and misleading. They initially agree to all requirements, but once they receive a 50% upfront payment, they proceed to create the product on their own terms, often delivering subpar quality. When it’s time to pay the remaining amount, they share a final product image and refuse to provide further visuals, claiming the item has already been packed for dispatch. At this point, customers feel compelled to accept the product or forfeit their initial payment. Their attitude becomes dismissive, essentially saying ‘take it or leave it.’ This experience felt like a complete scam.
